I. Background | |
IgE由兩條重鏈(ε鏈)和兩條輕鏈組成,Fc段含高親和力受體(FcεRI)結合位點,半衰期僅2-3天(IgG為21天)。作為免疫系統的“哨兵",IgE既可結合寄生蟲表面抗原,激活嗜酸性粒細胞釋放毒性顆粒(如主要堿性蛋白),通過ADCC(抗體依賴細胞介導的細胞毒性)清除寄生蟲(如血吸蟲、鉤蟲);也能因過度反應引發致命過敏;IgE還可靶向腫瘤抗原(如HER2),激活巨噬細胞ADCC效應;并且最近有研究指出,腦膜肥大細胞通過IgE-MRGPRX2可加劇阿爾茨海默病病理。 | |
